Initial Application form (F101) should be requested and must be returned by E-mail 7 days prior to the commencement of the contract. 

Renewal notices (F102), will be sent out by E-mail during the last month of contract. Due to the limited advertising space, completed F102 should be forwarded by E-mail and must be received 48hrs prior to expiry date.
